Adam started his Automotive Journey in 1985. He is the third generation of his family to work in the automotive industry, beginning as a car salesman, through to finance and then to national sales roles. With a wealth of industry experience, Adam has become one of the industry’s premier coaching and personal development specialists. Adam prides himself on delivering innovative content developed in collaboration with his clients to ensure training is tailored to the immediate and future requirements of the business. Over the last decade, his focus has been exclusively on group training, mentoring teams and guest speaking engagements throughout Australia. However, his primary passion is the science of communication.
