Dushern Pather is CEO and Founder of TechSpecialist, an Australian technology company delivering IT strategy, cybersecurity, infrastructure, AI, Modern Workplace and business transformation solutions.

With more than 20 years’ experience in technology consulting and business leadership, Dushern founded TechSpecialist after choosing to build his own practice from the ground up. Today, he leads a team of IT professionals working with clients across a broad range of sectors, including automotive, retail, hospitality, aged care, legal, heavy industry, sporting clubs and financial and professional services.

Dushern’s work focuses on helping businesses use technology to improve operational efficiency, strengthen security, protect sensitive data and support long-term growth.
