Over the last two decades, Errol has been fortunate to support a number of OEMS (i.e. German, American and Japanese) both nationally and internationally as a recognised Service and Parts Master Trainer, Consultant, Key Note Speaker and Business Coach.
His track record in turning around underperforming Service Departments is well documented; with a growing list of DPs here in Australia, now working directly with Errol to help them improve their Service NPS and ensure they fulfill all aspects of their Dealership’s Sales and Service Agreement.
