Gary Macbeth is National Sales Manager at Castrol, responsible for OEM and franchised workshops.

As a key member of Castrol’s ANZ Leadership Team, Gary leads a high-performing team focused on delivering value-driven lubricant solutions to customers across the automotive industry.

Working closely with global and local OEM partners, Gary and his team help ensure customer alignment with manufacturer specifications, service requirements and evolving industry standards.

With more than 25 years’ experience in the Castrol business, Gary combines strategic account management with strong commercial understanding and a practical appreciation of the workshop environment.

His work is focused on building trusted long-term relationships across the industry and supporting customers with lubricant solutions that meet the changing needs of manufacturers, dealers and service operations.

As a AADA 2026 Workshop Series Presenter, Gary brings a local Castrol and franchised workshop perspective to The Business of Speed: Value Creation in Formula 1®.
