Currently, he serves as the Group General Manager, Sales & Financial Services for Sime Darby Motors, one of the largest automotive companies in the Asia-Pacific region. In his role, he oversees the Australian operations covering brands, including BMW, Porsche, Jaguar Land Rover, Volvo, Volkswagen, Ferrari & Rolls Royce, ensuring that Sime Darby Motors delivers high-quality products and services to its customers.

Throughout his career, James has demonstrated a keen understanding of customer needs and a talent for developing and executing successful sales strategies. He has a track record of driving business growth and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. Prior to joining Sime Darby Motors, James held senior positions at other leading automotive companies, including BMW and General Motors.
