AADA Closing Session: The Australian Used Car Market S.W.O.T.

AADA Central

The Used Car department has long been the backbone of Australian Dealerships. However, this vital profit centre has suffered somewhat from a lack of attention over recent years, with greater focus being placed on new car sales. It took a global pandemic and a new car inventory shortage for Dealers to refocus their businesses on this area of operations.

Join Moderator Peter Switzer and a panel of Used Car heavyweights as they perform a S.W.O.T. analysis on these, and many more, issues in this feature panel session on the Australian Used Car Market at the 2022 AADA Convention & Expo.

AADA General Session: F&I: The New Frontier

AADA Central

F&I has long been a vital part of the new car sales process, but these are times of tumultuous change. The fallout from the banking royal commission and a general lack of appetite from traditional lenders to be as involved in this area has opened the door for a whole raft of new lenders, platforms, and mobility solutions.

Hosted by Peter Switzer, our Feature Panel Session titled F&I The New Frontier will provide dealers valuable insight from Australia’s leading providers, into how F&I in dealerships can continue to be a vital factor in dealership operations and profitability.
